Cape Cod Curling Club's Guinness Record Holder

Thanks to FloorCurl, our very own Ralph Vaccaro, the world’s oldest active curler, is back in the hack.

Having been temporarily sidelined by a minor stroke, Ralph is now comfortably and quickly rehabilitating at home, according to wife Martha, who credits much of this progress to Ralph’s return to curling.  Though not yet with us in person on the ice, Ralph has joined the ranks of over 200,000 school-aged kids in Canada who have benefitted from specially-designed rocks that make it possible to curl anywhere, anytime.

In Ralph’s case, that “anywhere” is his own home, where he is able to practice the steady form that earned him the respect and admiration of many Cape Cod curlers far younger in age.  All this is due to the generosity of Chad McMullan of Rock Solid Productions, the parent company of Floor Curl, who, upon learning of Ralph’s situation, quickly offered to send a FloorCurl kit and “pusher sticks” at no charge to support him in his therapy.
